New one agenda for the 4th Meeting.
ADVENTURE CLUB 4TH MEETING 2009.

2. Food Sale
- Agreement from the AJK Members and put H.O. Refreshment in charge.
- Discuss the date and venue.
- Objective: To introduce Adventure Club to the Lower Sixth Students.
- Discuss the budget we have and what food can we sell.
- End of discussion, recital of prayer by Danial.

AGENDA - DEMOSTRATION MEETING
- Discussion about the Adventure Club T-shirt.
- Discussion about the Food Sale.
REPORT
The meeting started at about 12.15 p.m. with the recital of prayer by Danial. The first agenda for the meeting was a discussion and confirmation of the design for our new Adventure Club T-shirt. We showed six sketches of different designs of the T-shirt to the members. The sketches were made by Hadi Fuad and Siti Nabillah. We did voting for which design they want. Eventually, sketch made by Hadi Fuad had the most voting. No modification of the design were made.
Hadi Fuad told us that the price of the T-shirt is aout $40 but we will make a subsidy letter for the T-shirt so the price will be around $25. The price is not confirmed yet as Hadi Fuad will go to the tailor to discuss about the T-shirt again. The confirmation of the price will be made on Saturday 14th February 2009.
Next, we discussed about the Food Sale. The date of the food sale is not confirmed yet but we will make it before we move Meragang. Abhar was appointed to be in-charge in this food sale. All members must give a list of menu that they want to contribute for this food sale to Abhar. List of menu will be informed in the next meeting.
The meeting was dismissed at 12.32 p.m.

- Confirmation of the price.
- Deadline of payment for the T-shirts.
2. Food Sale
- When: First day Junior's orientation, during lunch time.
- Where: PTE Berakas, infront Canteen area.
- Objective: To introduce our club to the new Lower Sixth Students.
- Make two booths: one for selling food and one for introducing our club using slideshows in laptop and registration. (Photography department in-charge in preparing the slideshows)
- Menu list from Abhar.
- Confirmation of the date and preparations (Advertisement, arrangement, slideshows, food and division of work) will be discussed in the next meeting after we get approval from the principal.
- Others: let new volunteers participate in this food sale.
