RE: ADVENTURE CLUB FOOD SALE.
The school's Adventure Club committee will hold the above activity as follows:
Date: Thursday, 26th February 2009. (on the first day of the Lower Sixth orientation)
Time: During Lunch Time.
Venue: In front PTEB's Canteen Area.
Our main objective in this food sale is to introduce our club to the new Lower Sixth students so that they know what our club's activities are. The food sale also aims to raise our club's fund so that we can use it for our future activities which will mostly involve a lot more new members.
There will be 2 booths; one booth will be in selling food and another one will be in introducing our club to the students and resgistration. We will be selling some foods which will mostly be prepared by the committee members of our club. For your information, we will be selling simple food, not too heavy like those in the canteen and we promise to clean up the area after the food sale ended.
We would like to ask for permission for us to hold the activity on that day.
